For instances where the offenses are much more blatant than your examples, tell the store manager as calmly as you can. Otherwise, shop elsewhere. Just ask someone else for help and avoid them. I mean, you could go tell the manager if it gets out of hand. But what I would do, lol not the best mature way to handle it, so you don't have to take this advice: I just smile and like go up to them and start having conversations with them, like "how are you", "omg I love your shirt", stuff like that.
