The tax rate on working class people is much higher than the tax rate in financial speculation. Is the our Government actually making it more attractive to speculate/gamble than actually work hard for a living.

I’ve been at many stores, food retailers, fast food places, where there is a rude salesperson, cashier, etc. that just gets on my nerve. But I’ve ignored it. Should I ignore this ? What can I do ? Can I do anything at all ?
For example :
- he/she doesn’t smile, and gives you a disgusted look
- he/she talks in a rather disgusted way
- he/she doesn’t help you out at all
- he/she doesn’t give the best service
- he/she is impatient
